Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.

The delivery time will be between 7 to 22 business days.

In case there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this period until the release does not count as part of the delivery time.

We take care in choosing suppliers who, in addition to price and quality, also expedite the shipping time.

Once the estimated delivery time has passed, we recommend that you contact the post office to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the post office does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

If a logistics issue with your order is confirmed, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after completing the verification steps.

The tracking code for your order will be sent via email within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation.

If your order was made using the Bank Slip option, the time between payment and bank clearance may take up to 5 business days.
