2° - After choosing your product and reviewing all the information related to it, click "Buy Now." You will automatically be redirected to our checkout.

3° - On our store’s checkout page, enter all the requested information, including your location, to avoid any issues later regarding your order delivery.

4° - After completing the previous steps, you will choose your payment method. We offer three payment options: Credit Card, Pix, and Bank Slip. Credit Card purchases are automatically approved, speeding up the shipping of your order. Pix payments are also approved automatically, speeding up the order dispatch. Bank Slip payments can take up to 3 days to be approved. One way to speed up Bank Slip payment approval is by copying the barcode and paying directly through your Digital Bank app. If you decide to print your slip and pay at a Lottery store, the clearance process could take up to 4 days.

5° - After making your purchase, please wait for us to send you information regarding your order and later the tracking code for your shipment.

6° - Once you receive your tracking code, you can check its status on our website by going to the Help Center at the bottom of our online store and clicking on the "Order Tracking" tab. If you have any other questions, you can also contact our support team, and we will assist you!

7° - When your product arrives, check if everything is in order. If there’s any issue, contact us through our support channels so we can resolve any problems regarding the product.

8° - After the product is as expected, don't forget to leave a review on all our platforms and also provide your feedback on the product page to help us improve our service.
